5 “klassische” Trends für Frühling/Sommer 2022!

Trend oder nicht Trend – das ist hier die Frage! Haben wir noch Lust auf Trends? Gibt es noch echte Trends? Die Schauen für Frühling/Sommer 2022 haben gezeigt: Die Designer sind sich uneins – manches ist sehr vorsichtig, manches sehr proaktiv. Insgesamt ist zu spüren, dass die Modeschöpfer nicht einschätzen können, was wir Frauen uns Post-Lockdown in der Mode wünschen.
So richtig in seinen Bann geschlagen hat mich dieses Jahr kein Trend-Teil – so eines, das unbedingt alle haben sollten. Aber: auf den Laufstegen haben uns die Designer vieles präsentiert, das wir schon im Schrank haben. Das sind keine einzelnen Pieces, sondern trendige Outfit-Zusammenstellungen. Das Gute: so sammeln wir neue Kombinationsideen für vorhandene Teile, kleiden uns nachhaltiger und sparen nebenbei auch noch Geld.
Ich zeige dir die 5 wichtigsten „Klassik-Trends“ und versorge dich mit Style-Inspiration für Everyday Looks.
Klassik-Trend #1: Weiß.
Gesehen bei: Givenchy, Chloé, Valentino
Yep, it’s that simple. Auf den Laufstegen waren die Models in Kopf bis Fuß in reinem Weiß unterwegs. Dabei fallen die Details an den Designs auf, die an Hochzeitskleider und Bridal Style erinnern. Vielleicht, weil viele Paare nach Aufschub ihre Traumhochzeit endlich in diesem Frühling feiern? Bezogene Knöpfe, viel Spitze, feminine Schnitte und zur Schau getragene Qualität lassen die Kleidungsstücke auf jeden Fall nach Bride to be aussehen. Ich liebe diesen Style, etwa für Gartenpartys, Sommerfeste oder Taufen. Doch für den Alltag mildere ich den Braut-Effekt etwas ab: Mit cremeweiß statt strahlend weiß oder Accessoires in einer Kontrastfarbe. Für den Wow-Effekt sollten aber mindestens zwei weiße Teile im Outfit vorkommen!

Klassik-Trend #2: (Sexy) Suits.
Gesehen bei: Hermès, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana
Ohne Anzüge geht in der Mode gar nichts. Die gute Nachricht: diese Saison werden sie noch femininer (dazu mehr in #3) und sexy! Für manche eine Offenbarung, denn der Unterwäsche-zeigen-Trend ist auch wieder da und war in Form von BHs zusammen mit Blazern und weiten Anzughosen auf den Catwalks zu sehen. Alltagstauglich wird solch ein Look mit Crop Top statt Lingerie. Ebenfalls sexy: strukturierte Shorts waren ein weiterer, häufig gesehener Begleiter von Blazern. Ich liebe diese Art von Outfit, denn der strenge Blazer balanciert die kurzen Hosen perfekt aus. Dazu passen alle Arten von Oberteilen (mein Favorit: Schluppenblusen oder lockere T-Shirts) und Schuhen (ich trage gern Sandaletten mit Blockabsatz oder schlichte Sneaker dazu).

Klassik-Trend #3: Plissee-Liebe.
Gesehen bei: Alexander McQueen, Erdem
Wem der Unterwäsche-Style zu viel – also in dem Fall, zu wenig – ist, kombiniert Blazer in dieser Saison mit plissierten Midiröcken. Ich bin ein riesiger Fan dieses femininen Looks und daher begeistert, dass er im Trend liegt. Allerdings ist er nicht einfach zu kombinieren, daher kommen hier die notwendigen Style-Hacks: Betone bei diesem Look unbedingt deine Taille mit einem Gürtel. Dabei ist egal, ob du ihn über oder unter dem Blazer trägst. Zumindest niedrige Absätze sind auch Pflicht, um optisch zu strecken. Und ich liebe kleine Henkeltaschen dazu, da sie die Eleganz unterstreichen.

Klassik-Trend #4: Miniröcke.
Gesehen bei: Miu Miu, Chanel, Prada, Dior
Mit Betonung auf Mini. Bei Miu Miu hätten sie auch ein Gürtel sein können – wenig klassisch meiner Meinung nach. Aber der Trend an sich lässt sich mühelos mit Teilen aus deinem Kleiderschrank stylen. Kombiniere zum Minirock für einen eleganten Look hochgeschlossene oder locker fallende Blusen. Jetzt in der Übergangszeit finde ich kurze Röcke zusammen mit Stiefeln traumhaft chic; wird es wärmer, passen Sandaletten, Mules oder auch Loafer für den Preppy Style wunderbar!
Fashionista-Tipp: Wenn du dich mit kürzeren Röcken unsicher fühlst, probier es mit einem Skort – also einem Rock mit integrierten Shorts!

Klassik-Trend #5: Perlen.
Gibt es etwas klassischeres als Perlen? Im Frühling/Sommer 2022 begleiten sie uns als schimmernde Accessoires und Schmuck. Omas Perlenkette darf allerdings im Schmuckkästchen bleiben, denn der Trend geht zu organisch geformten Perlen mit modernem, hochwertigem Touch. Trotzdem hast du sicher etwas Passendes im Schrank, den die Perlen-Begeisterung hält nun bereits seit einigen Saisons an.

5 spring/summer trend you can style with items from your wardrobe

To trend or not to trend? That is the question! Are we still in the mood for trends? Are there still “real” trends? When looking at the fashion shows for spring/summer 2022, it becomes clear very quickly that there is a variety of designs and styles, some quite cautious, while others are quite bold. All in all, I think the designers had a hard time assessing what it is we women are wishing for in fashion post lockdown.
This year, there has not been that one trend piece evoking a big hype and taking everyone’s fancy. Rather, what we have seen on the runways are looks that you can easily style with items you already own! So we are not talking single pieces, but trendy outfit combinations, if anything. I really love this approach to trends to be honest, because we get new ideas on how to wear the things we have, it’s more sustainable and obviously, we are saving money.
Here I’m showing you the 5 most important classic trends and talking about style ideas for everyday looks!
Classic trend #1: white.

Yep, it’s that simple. Across all brands, the models walked down the catwalk dressed from head to toe in white. Some outfits featured details reminiscent of wedding dresses and bridal styles – maybe because many couples had to postpone their dream wedding until this spring? Covered buttons, a lot of lace, feminine cuts, and an overall high-quality, classic vibe will make you feel like a bride to be for sure. I love this style and could imagine wearing it to summer or garden parties, even christenings. However, for an OOTD I would tone down the bride vibe by choosing cream instead of crisp white and adding accessories in a contrasting colour. But I think you need at least two white pieces in your look for that wow factor!

Classic trend #2: (Sexy) Suits.

Can you imagine fashion without tailoring? Me neither. Good news: this season, they are going to be more feminine (read more about that under #3), and sexier! A revelation for some, the underwear trend is back as well with bras worn under blazers and in combination with wide-leg trousers. Style this trend for every day by replacing lingerie with a more wearable bralette or crop top. Designers also showcased the new sexiness on the runways with structured shorts accompanying oversized blazers. I love that kind of outfit because the more formal blazer balances the short trousers perfectly and you can pair any top with the combination – my favourites are pussy bow blouses or loose t-shirts. When it comes to footwear, chic shoes like block heel sandals work as well as plain sneakers.

Classic trend #3: love for pleats.

If the underwear style is too much – or rather, too little – for you, why not wear blazers with pleated midi skirts as seen on the catwalks? I’m a huge fan of this feminine look and thrilled that it is so big right now. However, it needs some smart styling, so here are my hacks to make that combination work: make sure to accentuate your waist with a belt to emphasize your silhouette. It does not matter if you choose to wear it over or under your blazer. You need at least some low heels to get that little height boost that will be so flattering with this quite grown-up look. Moreover, I love to pair midi skirts and blazers with top handle bags because they look cute and elegant at the same time.

Classic trend #4: mini skirts.

With emphasis on mini. The designs Miu Miu showed could have been a broad belt as well – not too classic if you ask me. However, you can effortlessly style this trend with pieces that are already hanging in your closet. For an elegant look, wear a high-necked blouse or a relaxed shirt. Right now for transitioning into spring I adore short skirts paired with knee-high boots and once it gets warmer, you can opt for chic sandals, mules, or even loafers for a more preppy feel. Fashionista tip: if you do not feel secure wearing mini skirts, try a skort!

Classic trend #5: pearls.

Is there anything more classy than pearls? In spring/summer 2022 they are one of the biggest jewellery and accessory trends. You can leave Granny’s pearl necklace in the jewellery box, though, because pearls have become more contemporary with organic shapes and an elevated touch. But I’m sure you own something that fits the pearl trend because we have seen the hype around for some seasons now and it is peaking right now.
