5 Trend Must-haves für Frühling/Sommer 2022

Ganz ehrlich: neue Klamotten machen glücklich. Stimmt’s? So sehr ich klassische Outfits liebe, so spannend ist es doch, frische Teile in meinen bestehenden persönlichen Style zu integrieren, etwas Ungewöhnliches zu probieren, die eigene Outfit-Palette zu erweitern.
Aber: die Pieces, die jetzt Begeisterung auslösen, sollen nicht nach einem halben Jahr kaum getragen im Schrank vor sich hin dümpeln. Deshalb finde ich es entscheidend, Trend-Teile so individuell auszuwählen, dass sie zum persönlichen Kleidungsstil passen. Gleichzeitig sollten deine Saison-Lieblinge so zeitlos sein, dass du sie nach ein paar Jahren noch tragen kannst – ohne dass alle sagen: Hey, das war doch im Frühling 2022 total angesagt. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, hilft es, die Trends zu kaufen, die keine Eintagsfliegen sind, sondern ein paar Saisons durchhalten, und sie bei Bedarf etwas abzumildern
Hier zeige ich dir, wie’s geht! Das sind die Top 5 Trend Must-haves, die du mit gutem Gewissen für länger kaufen kannst.
Trend Must-Have #1: Cut-outs.
Gesehen bei: Michael Kors, Loewe, Versace
Eine sichere Sache, denn die modischen Ausschnitte an Oberteilen und Kleidern begleiten uns nun bereits seit ein paar Jahren. Für Frühling und Sommer 2022 dreht sich alles um sexy Styles – was passt also besser als fehlender Stoff? Außerdem erreichen die Cut-outs das nächste Level in Form von raffinierten Trägern und Riemen, etwa an Ausschnitten und Rock- oder Hosenbünden. Achte für einen zeitlosen Look darauf, dass die Cut-outs nicht im Vordergrund stehen, sondern ein schmückendes Details sind. Außerdem sollten sie nicht zu freizügig sein. Dazu würde ich immer ein eleganteres und ‘angezogeneres’ Teil mit mehr Stoff kombinieren – zu einem Cut-out-Top zum Beispiel einen Midirock oder eine weit geschnittene Hose.

Trend Must-Have #2: Glitzer & Schimmer.

Yeah! Die Party-Zeiten sind endgültig wieder zurück. Das dachten sich auch die Designer und zeigten Partywear der feinsten Sorte mit allen Facetten von Glitzer, Bling-bling und Overstatement: Pailletten, Metallic-Töne, Fransen, Schleppen und so weiter. Ich finde dieser Trend hat fast klassischen Charakter, denn ein Paillettenkleid oder ähnliche Partywear hat sicher jede von uns zuhause. Neu sind aber in dieser Saison die Schleppen und Metallic-Farben. Erstere stehen für Drama, Baby!, sind aber weder alltagstauglich noch dafür gemacht, die Zeiten zu überdauern. Deswegen trage ich den Glitzer-Trend als elegante, zeitlose Pieces – etwa eine Seidenbluse, ein Midirock oder ein Etuikleid – in Metallic-Optik. Sie werten jedes Alltagsoutfit auf und sind auch dann noch tragbar, wenn sich extravagante Glitzer-Schleppen-Fummel längst wieder verabschiedet haben.

Trend Must-Have #3: Rock’n’Roll.
Gesehen bei: Miu Miu, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Givenchy, Dolce & Gabbana
Die Lederjacke ist wieder da! Klassisch schwarz, in neutralen Tönen, als Oversize-Modell oder enge Bikerjacke, ganz clean oder abgefahren mit Details wie Reißverschlüssen und Denim-Einsätzen war sie auf den Laufstegen zu bewundern. Solltest du noch eine im Schrank haben, nichts wie raus damit! Den Klassiker kannst du aber auch wunderbar second hand shoppen – was ist cooler als eine Vintage-Lederjacke? Ich bin ein großer Fan von derben Jacken in Kombi mit leichten, fließenden Kleidern. Ansonsten trage ich Lederjacken auch gerne zu klassisch-eleganten Looks mit Stoffhose und Bluse für den rockigen Office Chic.

Trend Must-have #4: Der Knaller.
Gesehen bei: Valentino, Emilia Wickstead, Gucci
Kräftig fallen die Farben in diesem Frühling aus – neben den obligatorischen Pastelltönen. Und keine Sorge, Neutrals bleiben uns definitiv erhalten. Dazu zeigten die großen Modehäuser strahlende Nuancen aus dem tropischen Obstkorb wie Limette oder Orange, Juwelentöne aus dem Schmuckkästchen und Neonfarben wie die Textmarker im Schulmäppchen. Gute Laune wecken die Knallerfarben auf jeden Fall, und davon kann man nie genug haben. Für den Alltag würde ich sie mit gedeckten Tönen kombinieren und ein Highlight in Strahlefarbe pro Look einsetzen. Das funktioniert auch hervorragend als Accessoire, etwa eine leuchtende Tasche oder auffällige Schuhe. Siehe dazu auch das nächste Trend-Muss!

Trend Must-have #5: Hoch hinaus.
Gesehen bei: Chanel, Gucci, Versace
Die Plattform-Heels sind wieder da! Klobig unter der Sohle und am Absatz, jedoch zart und feminin in den Riemchen feiern die Plateau-Treter ihr Comeback. It-Piece der Saison: die schwindelerregend hohen, Satin-bezogenen Plattform-Pumps von Versace, die hervorragend zum Overstatement-Party-Trend passen. Aber auch als Sandaletten oder Wedges sorgen die Schuh-Must-haves für ein paar extra Zentimeter Größe. Mir gefällt, dass die feminin-coolen Plateauschuhe sowohl zu elegant-klassischen als auch verspielt-romantischen Outfits passen und ihnen diesen Hauch mehr Fashuuuun verleihen. Gleichzeitig sind mir die himmelhohen Modelle zu unbequem, daher werde ich die angesagten Treter in einer abgemilderten Variante mit niedrigem Plateau zu Sommerkleidern, Palazzo-Hosen und Midiröcken kombinieren. Weiterer Vorteil: Meine Plattform-Sandaletten kann ich dann in ein paar Jahren noch tragen, weil sie nicht auf den ersten Blick an diesen Megatrend von 2022 erinnern.

5 fashion trend must-haves for spring/summer 2022

Let’s be honest: new clothes make us happy. Ain’t that right? As much as I love classic outfits, it’s always exciting to bring new pieces in, expanding my personal style and trying something unusual. However, the items that now excite us are not meant to be hanging in your wardrobe in half a year, rarely worn. That’s why it’s essential to select trend pieces carefully and to make sure they cater to your personal style and fashion needs. At the same time, your ‘diamonds of the season’ should be as timeless as possible, so that you can still wear them in a few years’ time without everybody noticing that your outfit was hugely on trend back in spring 2022. To reach these goals, buy those trends that will not be a flash in the pan, and also try to tone down the trends in the items you get to make them more timeless.
I’m showing you how to do it! Here are five trendy must-haves that will be (or have been) around for longer than spring/summer 2022.
Trend must-have #1: cut-outs.

A safe bet, as the fashionable openings on tops and dresses have been accompanying us for a few years now. Overall, the fashion trends this season are all about sexiness, so what could be more fitting than missing fabric? Something else I would subsume under the cut-outs trend are sophisticated straps as seen on necklines and waistbands on trousers and skirts. To achieve a timeless look, make sure the cut-outs are not the one defining element on a garment, but rather a decorating detail. Moreover, the overall look will come across as more elegant when the cut-outs do not reveal too much skin. Combine an item featuring cut-outs with a more classy and ‘dressy’ piece like a midi skirt or wide-leg trousers for a chic vibe!

Trend must-have #2: gold & glitter.

Yeah! Party times are back for good. That’s what the fashion designer thought when bringing us party wear at its finest with all variations of glitter, bling-bling and overstatement, such as sequins, metallic colours, fringes, trains, and so on. In my opinion, this trend almost qualifies as a classic, because every one of us owns a sequin dress or similar party attire. This season, what’s new are trains on dresses – very dramatic – and metallic tones. While I love a princess gown featuring the whole shebang, it is just not made for everyday life. Metallics on the other hand can be styled up and down, so they offer a broad variety of outfit options. I love classic pieces like blouses, midi skirts or shift dresses in an eye-catching metallic optic. Those items easily elevate your looks and will still be wearable when the extravagant glittery numbers are a thing of the past.

Trend must-have #3: rock and roll.

The leather jacket is back! We could spot it on the runways classically black, in neutral colours, as an oversized variation or skinny biker jacket, in a very clean style or more edgy, adorned with zippers and denim details. If you own one already, it is definitely time to dust it off! Otherwise, a leather jacket is a great opportunity to shop second-hand – I mean, what is cooler than a vintage biker jacket? I am a big fan of pairing the masculine jackets with light, flowy dresses or wearing them with classic, elegant looks consisting of slacks and a blouse for that rock and roll office chic.

Trend must-have #4: Vibrant colours.

Bold colours are another trend for this spring which will surely last. Don’t worry, they peacefully coexist with pastel and neutral tones! The designers showed bright shades straight from a tropical fruit basket like lime and orange, deep and radiant jewel tones, and neon highlighter colours. All of them put you in such a good mood just looking at them, and what could we be needing more right now? For every day, pair the vibrant tones with more muted shades and limit yourself to one colourful piece per look. This can be an accessory as well, maybe a bright bag or statement shoes, which brings me to my next essential!

Trend must-have #5: Height booster.

Platform heels are back! They now come with a nice contrast of chunky soles and heels, but delicate straps around the ankles. The it-piece of the season are Versace’s sky high satin double platform pumps which go perfectly with the overstatement party trend. Beside pumps, platform sandals and wedges will also give you that huge height boost. I love that this shoe trend is feminine as well as edgy and therefore goes – pun intended – with both elegant and romantic outfits, adding that extra touch of fashion. However, personally I find the sky high styles too uncomfortable, that’s why I will be wearing a toned down variation of this trend with a less chunky platform with my spring dresses, palazzo trousers and midi skirts. I also think they will be easier to style in a couple of years’ time, given that their design is not completely ‘in your face’ and screaming 2022.
